The New Machine Purge (3145-3149) was one of the major conflicts that took place in the Velara Galaxy. It was fought between the forces of the Eastern Union allied with the Western Galaxy Federation, Goa'tzhul Empire and the reformed Robots. The conflict started with the aggressive actions of the Goa'tzhul, and soon the Machines joined, with an overwhelming ferocity astonishing the other states. As the years progressed, the situation in the Galaxy was getting worse and worse, mirroring the chaos that the first Machine Purge caused. The conflict was named in its memory in 3146.
